2024 Season Notes
Chris, aka The Goat has started the year off with a bang! Chris led the league in scoring in week 1 with a league high 147.78. This is an amazing start if Chris is looking to have his name engraved on the top performer trophy.
Chris made very light work of Paul in week 1. The results of this matchup was never in question and week two looks like it will be even easier for Chris. I do not even know why the commissioner is even allowing this matchup. It is disrespectful to Chris to have him against a guy who couldn’t even beat a kicker in primetime.
Chris has just wrapped up his 9th season in The League of Legends. For Chirs, this season would be considered a failure but that is only because Chris expects to be a champion every year!
For others this season would be considered a success. I do consider this season a success. Chris finished the season with another winning record finishing the year with back-to-back 9-5 records.
Chris enjoyed a nice 5 game winning streak from week 5 to 9, until he lost back-to-back games to the two teams that would ultimately play in the finals. Chris did however go on to win the last three games of the season.
Chris had a couple of weeks this year where he had the highest margin of victory for those respective weeks. He beat Tyler by 31 in week 4 and Mark by 70 in week 9.
Heading into this season, Chris was tied with World Boss with 12 playoff wins for the most all time. Chris made it past the first round in 2023 and World Boss didn’t. Thank to Chris’s win over Jesse in 2023, he now stands alone at the top with 13 playoff wins. Jesse so happened to be the same person Chris beat in 2021 to claim his third championship!
Who Dat!!!!
Life is not easy for Chirs. When you become the champion of the world for the first time in 2018, some people think it’s luck. When you become the back-to-back champion of the world some start to complain and threaten to leave the league. Because Chris is a gentleman, and he cares about the emotional well-being of his friends, Chris took a step back and gave someone else a chance to win a championship. The league introduced a brand-new trophy and a championship belt in 2020. Would you like to guess what Chris did after seeing the new hardware? He came back in 2021 and won his third championship. It is not every day you get to witness such greatness so let’s all sit back and learn from a legend!

2019 Season MVP
The League of Legends has been around for 11 years. Chris is the first person in history to have his own webpage. The league has also decided to introduce a new trophy and name it after Chris. To give a little context, the trophy is called “The Chris Cummings Prime Time Award”. In order to win the prime-time award, you must have the most comeback wins during the Sunday or Monday night games. Chris will present this award to the winner at each year’s draft.
