# 1: My Ball Zach Ertz – There is no debating this one. Luke has the most career wins and points scored. Do you want to know why? It is because he continues to rank in the top of the league in wins and points year after year. Luke is the first person to score 1000 points on the season. Luke started the season 0-2 and has now won 5 in a row. We can expect Luke to continue dominating as the season goes on.
#2: Who Dat Nation – GOAT! That’s all I need to say. The man needs no introductions. All you need to know is the work Goat! Mark was close to coming in at number 2 but Mark lost to the Goat back in week 5. Let me ask you all a question? Does anyone besides Chris have your own championship page? The answer is no and none of you ever will. Whenever you see the king, just bow down and greet the kings.
#3: The Eagle Empire – After starting the season 4-0, Mark now finds himself sitting at 5-2. Mark will be fine for the rest of the season. Mark will be spreading his wings over most of you for the remainder of the season. You can expect Mark to finish in the top 3 at the end of the season. Rivalry week will be huge for Mark. Losing to Luke again could be costly so let’s see if Mark has what it takes to pull it out.
#4: Suck My Ditka – That’s right, my other big brother rounds out the top 4 spot. This is temporary. Ryan has the most division and scoring titles in league history. Ryan may be 5th in the standings right now but I expect him to take over the top spot here in the coming weeks. He may not be able to catch my other big brother in points, but I do have him winning the division for a second year in a row
#5: Yo Belichick Yo Self – Coming in at the 5th spot is my favorite person to hate, well second favorite because Jesse is number one. Like Mark, Cam started off on a 4 game winning streak. This is Cam’s best season to date if he keeps up his winning ways we may see him bring his career record to at least .500
#6: TVann32 – Tyler got off to a fast 3-0 before he fell to my two older brothers. It is not easy to beat my brothers. Tyler did get back on track when he faced hot garbage. No surprise here, everyone will get a win when they face off against bye week, I mean Hot Garbage. I look forward to Tyler building on the best season of his career.
#7: Rugknuckles – The guy who I could no longer call the ancient champ. I was looking forward to Bill climbing higher up the rankings but after the injury bug hit came to town for a visit, I am not sure how he will finish this season. There is one thing I am sure about. I am sure Bill isn’t going to sit back and let a few injuries shatter his dreams of winning his third championship. Let’s keep an eye on what Bill has up his sleeves for the rest of the season.
#8: World Boss – For those of you who may not know, my name is Theron Griffin. My name will remain the same until I lose. Once I lose, I may be looking for a new family. World Boss is heading into Rivalry week with a two-game winning streak and looking to make it 3 against Jason. Team World Boss is off to a slow start but keep an eye for his greatness to soon be on display.
#9: Tree Huggers – It is nice to see Walt finally living up to his name. Technically he does more than hug the trees but that is a conversation for another time. Walt may have more wins than T but he just got his whooped by T and T has more points scored his season. Let’s see if Walt could use the second half of the season to start his climb to the top of the standings.
#10: Suckmyjankzz – Jason is barely keeping his head above water. Jason is making all the right moves to climb higher in the standings, but it just hasn’t worked out for him to this point. I could see Jason finishing the second half of the season strong. His surge will unfortunately not be starting in week 9 after he gets his ass kicked by T in week 8.
#11: 4.T9 HER – Nate may be at the bottom of the standings with only one won but The Fantasy Lord thinks he is doing much better. Despite his one win, Nate has scored more points than the four teams in front of him. In fact, some of the teams in front of him are still playing in the 600 ballpark while Nate is in the 700s. I do not think Nate will come back and win the division, but he is surely better than the standing shows.
The Hot Garbage Collection:
Jesse, Nate and RJ have now formed the greatest shitshow in history. Some say we should call them Moe, Larry and Curly but I think that would be disrespectful to the three stooges. All three teams are stuck at 2-5 on the season. There is no chance for survival for either one of them. The only good thing about this week is that they are all going to be playing someone with a similar record. This will give one of them a chance to move up but will also put the nail in the coffin for the loser. Special thanks to Jesse for giving me the idea for this group of players.
