We are heading into the final week of the 2023 fantasy football season. Most of you will soon find out what trophies you have won this year based on your regular season accomplishments.
I thought it would be good to highlight a few so you all know what you’re playing for in the final week.
Before I get into the details, please remember you will have to send in your “HIDDEN GEM” nominee for the season. This is the only award where we ask you guys to do something, so if you want to be lazy, that’s on you. All you have to do is send in a name at the end of the season and we’ll do the rest to determine if that player played a large enough role to make a difference for your team.
Now to the details most of you will want to keep an eye on. Let’s start with the most exciting.
PINK SHIRT
Congratulations to Walt for locking up this year’s pink shirt. It takes a special human to walk around dressed in pink with a bunch of dude who all they think about when they see pink is pussy. Great job Walt. I don’t think you’ll be humping any trees next year, I have a feeling you might be the tree!
TOP PERFORMER
Ryan is currently holding onto the Top Performer award. He has a total of 4 weekly high scores for a combined total of 642.38. I am only going to talk about the two teams that have a shot at taking this away from Ryan in the last week of the regular season. This must be like DeJa’Vu for Ryan. Last year Mark came in and took this very same award from Ryan. Will it happen again?
Jason: Needs to be this week’s top scorer and score at least 200.26 points.
Cam: needs to be this week’s top scorer and score at least 109.77 points.
Ryan just needs anyone except these two to top score this week, and if Jason does it, it must be less than 200.
Chris Cummings Prime Time Award
We have three teams tied with 3 total Prime Time wins. Cam, Bill and T. Hopefully one of these teams could get to number 4 in the final week. If no one gets to 4 then Chris will decide what the tiebreaker will be.
Home of the Brave and Homewrecker Awards
Home of the Brave: Bill, Cam, Ryan and T are all tied with 5. Only T and Bill have a shot of winning the award outright. Bill and T are the only ones playing their final home game this week. If both Bill and T loses, then it will come down to a 4 way tie breaker, which will be revealed at the end of the season.
Homewrecker: Cam, Jason and Ryan are all tied with 5 away wins. All three are playing their final away games. This will come down to Ryan and Jason because Cam is getting his ass kicked this week by the World Boss!!!!!!!!!!!!
For this one I am going to share Luke’s picture. For two whole months, Matt, held onto the Annihilator award until Jesse came and took it from him with an absolutely incredible showing in week 13. Not only did Jesse beat Matt’s score of 92, but he also broke Luke’s record of 96.46 as the previous largest margin of victory. If anyone wants to challenge Jesse in the final week, all you need to do is beat his 107.28!!!! Great Job bud, this one could be tough to beat!
