This page will answer any questions you may have regarding what it takes to win one of the regular season trophy.
It is important for everyone to read and understand what it takes to be eligible for one of the regular season trophies. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to any of the league executives.
The Super T’s MVP Award
- The Super T’s MVP award was given its name by Trey.
- The winner of this award will be determined by the Super T brothers Trey and Tyler.
- At the end of the regular season, Trey and Tyler will decide which team had the heart of a warrior, similar to what Trey has due to his battle with Lukemia.
Commissioner Special Award
- This one is “Special.” The league has an executive committee. At the end of the season, the league executives will sit down and review the performance of each team. Each player on each team will be reviewed to identify anything “special” they have done throughout the season.
- If the league executives don’t find anyone that stood out, there may not be a winner so do your best to stand out.
Division Winner
- This one is simple. There is only one division and whoever is at the top after the regular season is over will win The Steve Wall Memorial Award.
- In the event there are two teams tied with the same number of wins after week 14, the tie breaker will be total points scored, followed by head-to-head, if needed.
The Annihilator
- Do you like to score a lot of points on a weekly basis? Well, if you do then you will put yourself in a good position to win the Annihilator award.
- The Annihilator award will be given to the team that records the largest margin of victory during any head-to-head matchup during the regular season.
Top Performer
- Scoring the most points in any regular season game is a great accomplishment. When you do it once, you can feel proud knowing you scored more than 13 other owners. When you do it multiple times, you get your name engraved on the Top Performer award.
- At the end of the regular season, we will take a look at every team that has recorded a weekly high score and add those scores together. The team with the highest total weekly high scores will win this award.
The Turkey Stuffer
- The NFL gives out turkey legs during Thanksgiving week. The league of Legends gives out the Turkey Stuffer .
- The team that scores the most points during week 12 will be awarded the Turkey Stuffer award.
Chris Cummings Prime Time Award
- This award is for the team that does not give up. To be eligible for this award, a team needs to be trailing prior to the Sunday or Monday night prime-time game.
- If the trailing team comes back and win during one of the Sunday or Monday prime-time games, then that team will record one prime-time win for that week.
- The team with the most prime time come back wins will win this award.
- If two teams are tied at the end of the regular season, the team that scored the most points during the prime-time games will win the award.
The Hidden Gem
- The Hidden Gem award is a really cool award. It allows the owners to be interactive throughout the season.
- To be eligible for this award, an owner must use the waiver or add/drop process to acquire a player. This player cannot be someone that was drafted.
- If an owner acquires a player from the free agent pool, then trades that player to another team, the team that traded for that player will not be eligible to win the award.
- Trading a potential hidden gem player will waive that players eligibility for being considered for this award.
- The idea behind this award is that the owners must find a player from free agency that will be an asset to their team.
- Everyone owner must let the league executives know who their hidden gem nominee is, the league will not make the decision for you. If you do not nominate a player when asked, you will not be eligible.
- Please keep in mind that your hidden gem nominee is someone that helps your team, so if this player is on your bench, the bench points will not count towards chances.
